There was no harm to the box. They appear to have been delivered from the manufacturing unit by doing this. I spoke with my retailer they usually documented having other people report the identical difficulty. Feels like Hypex is having a manufacturing challenge with the Nilai amp modules.There is a little bit of penalty but still wonderful overall
